AI Technical Lead

We are seeking an experienced AI Tech Lead to drive the technical vision, architecture, and delivery of advanced AI initiatives. This role requires strong leadership across onshore and offshore teams, deep hands-on expertise in AI/ML and LLM technologies, and the ability to embed AI-driven solutions into enterprise-scale platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership to both U.S. and offshore engineering teams, ensuring seamless communication, alignment, and execution.
• Act as the technical liaison between U.S. leadership, Product Owners, offshore delivery teams, and key business stakeholders.
• Own AI architecture decisions, solution design, and end-to-end technical delivery.
• Lead the development of AI agents, tool orchestration workflows, and LLM-powered automation systems.
• Ensure AI capabilities are seamlessly integrated into the Wealth Books platform and related content workflows.
• Drive best practices for scalability, security, performance, and maintainability of AI solutions.
• Mentor engineers and promote a culture of technical excellence and innovation.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 15+ years of software engineering experience, including 4+ years in AI/ML and LLM-based development.
• Proven experience as a Technical Lead managing complex, distributed engineering teams.
• Hands-on expertise with MCP server frameworks, AI agent development, and modern UX practices.
• Experience integrating applications with AI platforms and APIs (e.g., OpenAI, internal AI gateways).
• Strong proficiency in Python and AI frameworks such as LangChain.
• Deep understanding of vector databases, RAG pipelines, embeddings, and prompt engineering.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
