AI Technical Lead

We are seeking an experienced AI Tech Lead to provide technical leadership and architectural direction across AI-driven initiatives. This role will focus on designing and implementing enterprise-grade solutions, integrating AI and GenAI capabilities into existing SDLC/HDLC tooling, and ensuring adherence to enterprise security and scalability standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership and architectural oversight for AI-enabled HDLC and SDLC tooling initiatives.
• Lead the design and development of Python-based enterprise applications, integrating with existing SDLC tools such as Jira, CI/CD pipelines, and source code repositories.
• Own end-to-end solution architecture for brownfield and selective greenfield initiatives, ensuring scalability, security, and compliance with enterprise standards.
• Guide, review, and govern AI and GenAI integrations, including usage of approved AI gateways, OpenAI APIs, and real-time APIs (no LLM training or fine-tuning).
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive adoption of AI-assisted developer productivity tools.
• Ensure best practices in code quality, system performance, reliability, and maintainability.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 15+ years of overall software engineering experience.
• 3–5+ years of experience in a Technical Lead role.
• Strong expertise in Python for enterprise application development.
• Hands-on experience building RESTful and real-time APIs.
• Solid understanding of microservices and service-oriented architectures (SOA).
• Working experience with Angular or similar modern UI frameworks.
• Experience integrating applications with AI platforms and APIs (e.g., OpenAI, internal AI gateways).
• Strong understanding of RAG concepts, embeddings, and AI-assisted development tools.
• Experience integrating developer productivity solutions, such as code generation and automated test generation tools.
• Proven ability to design scalable, secure, and maintainable enterprise architectures.
