Role: Business Development Partner – Staffing & Recruitment (UK)
Location: United Kingdom (Remote)
Compensation: Commission-only, uncapped
The Wolf Works is expanding its presence in the UK and is looking to work with an experienced Business Development professional from the staffing and recruitment industry.
This is a commission-only role. There is no fixed salary. This is intentional and clearly stated.
This opportunity is suited to someone who already understands how recruitment businesses grow, knows how to open doors in the UK market, and is comfortable building revenue through performance rather than guarantees.
What the role involves
You will be responsible for winning new client relationships in the UK market.
This includes identifying opportunities, engaging hiring managers, understanding their hiring needs, and securing recruitment mandates.
Once roles are signed, delivery will be handled by our recruitment team. Your focus remains on client acquisition and relationship building.
This is not a high-volume, transactional sales role.
It is about quality clients, long-term partnerships, and repeat business.

* Strong understanding of the UK hiring market
* Ability to win permanent or contract recruitment mandates
* Confidence working in a commission-driven environment
* Comfortable operating independently without micromanagement
* Professional, credible approach to clients and stakeholders
